Avoid contact with non-ferrous metals, plated metals, painted surfaces and acrylic polymer- or wax-coated flooring. Always pre-test an inconspicuous area before use.

Dilution

Deep Cleaning:
Mix 1 part Tile & Grout Cleaner LF with 4–9 parts water. Hot water can enhance cleaning action.

Standard Maintenance Cleaning:
Mix 1 part with 50–100 parts water, depending on soil levels.

Heavy-Duty Application

1. Apply the diluted solution using a mop and bucket, autoscrubber or rotary scrubber.
2. Work in manageable areas and do not allow the solution to dry.
3. Scrub thoroughly using a suitable nylon floor pad or brush.
4. Allow 10–30 minutes dwell time, re-agitating heavily soiled areas as required.
5. Extract the resulting slurry and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Maintenance Cleaning

For routine cleaning, apply at the recommended dilution using standard cleaning methods. At approximately 1:100 dilution, no clear-water rinse is normally required. The ultra-low foaming formulation makes Tile & Grout Cleaner LF particularly well suited to autoscrubbers and professional floor cleaning equipment.
