Mould Exterminator is a professional ready-to-use mould remediation solution formulated to rapidly kill mould and fungi while removing associated staining and organic grime. Its advanced potentiated chlorine technology and super-wetting system penetrate porous surfaces to target mould growth, including hyphae and root structures.

Suitable surfaces include natural stone, ceramic and porcelain, concrete, masonry and timber.

Do not use on carpets, fabrics or other sensitive surfaces.

How to Use

Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area for substrate sensitivity. Read the SDS and follow all safety directions before use.

1. Use undiluted: Mould Exterminator is ready to use.
2. Remove wet and dry debris from the affected area.
3. Apply by spray, mop or cloth, ensuring complete contact with the affected surface.
4. Agitate areas with heavy mould or organic build-up to assist removal.
5. Allow a minimum 1-minute dwell time for disinfection.
6. Allow 10 minutes dwell time for mould remediation.
7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water where possible.
8. Repeat where heavy organic contamination remains.

After remediation, Actichem Biosan II may be used as a post-residual treatment to help inhibit fresh mould growth. Penetrating sealers can also be applied to suitable masonry and stone surfaces to provide additional protection.
