Grout Restore 60 is a high-performance phosphoric acid-based cleaner formulated for intensive restoration and deep cleaning of hard surfaces. With 60% active phosphoric acid and specialty detergents, it rapidly breaks down stubborn cement residues, grout haze, mineral scale, efflorescence, rust and soap scum.

Designed for demanding builders cleans, restoration projects, washrooms, showers and pool areas, Grout Restore 60 combines powerful acid action with penetrating technology to tackle heavy deposits and embedded grime. It is particularly effective for cleaning and preparing grout prior to sealing.

Important: Grout Restore 60 is a corrosive acid and must not be used on acid-sensitive surfaces or metals.

Do not use on engineered stone, terrazzo, marble, limestone, granite or other acid-sensitive natural stone. Avoid contact with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Use with care on sandstone, quarry tiles, terracotta, grout and slate. Always pre-test before use.

How to Use

Important: Grout Restore 60 is a Class 8 corrosive acid. Wear appropriate gloves, eye protection and protective equipment. Always read the SDS before use.

Heavy-Duty Cleaning:

• Dilute 1:4–1:8 (200–110ml/L) for mineral scale, efflorescence, cement residues and heavy-duty applications.

Light-Duty / Grout Residue Cleaning:

• Dilute 1:30–1:40 (30–20ml/L).

Application:

1. Apply to a limited area using a mop and bucket, rotary scrubber, autoscrubber or suitable pressure-washing equipment.
2. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface.
3. Scrub thoroughly with a suitable nylon pad or brush.
4. Allow 10–30 minutes reaction time, then re-agitate.
5. Extract or pick up the resulting slurry.
6. For heavy-duty applications, neutralise remaining residues by rinsing thoroughly with a 1:300 solution of T&G Cleaner Pro or ProNeutro.
7. For light-duty applications, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
