Actichem Graffiti Repel (AP174) is a premium, water-based anti-graffiti treatment designed to protect porous surfaces from graffiti, staining and repeated cleaning. It forms an invisible, vapour-permeable protective barrier while maintaining the natural appearance, colour and texture of the treated surface.

Suitable for a wide range of porous building materials including concrete, brick, sandstone, limestone, marble and bluestone, Graffiti Repel provides weather-resistant protection for vertical and horizontal surfaces. With protection lasting up to 10 years, it is ideal for building facades, feature walls, monuments, public spaces and landscape stone.

Application Instructions

Always read and understand the SDS before use. Pre-test the product in an inconspicuous area to assess substrate compatibility and sensitivity.

Test patches are recommended to determine product consumption and confirm that the desired appearance is achieved without unwanted colour changes.

1. Apply 2–3 coats of Graffiti Repel, generously saturating the surface using a polish applicator, roller or low-pressure sprayer.
2. After 5–10 minutes, remove any remaining sealer from the surface using a squeegee, absorbent towel or applicator.
3. Allow approximately 20 minutes between coats.
4. Apply the second coat while the first coat is still wet.
5. Remove all residual sealer from the surface of the stone and leave the treated surface as dry as possible.
6. Keep traffic off the treated area for 6 hours.
7. Keep the surface dry for 24 hours.
8. Full cure is achieved in approximately 24–48 hours.

Coverage: Approximately 5–20m² per litre per application, depending on the porosity and condition of the substrate.

Maintenance & Reapplication

Graffiti Repel should be reapplied following graffiti removal or where harsh environmental exposure has reduced the effectiveness of the protective treatment. Regular inspection and maintenance can help preserve long-term protection.
