Actichem Deostor Extreme (AP523) is a high-strength odour neutraliser formulated to tackle the most persistent and challenging malodours. Powered by concentrated ElimoTech® odour control technology, it works at a molecular level to neutralise odour compounds rather than simply masking them with fragrance.

Designed for professional restoration, remediation and deep-cleaning applications, Deostor Extreme is particularly effective against stubborn odours including tobacco smoke, curry, decomposition and cadaverine. It can be incorporated into compatible cleaning, restoration and laundry solutions to provide enhanced odour control where standard treatments are not enough.

Additive Guide

Deostor Extreme is designed to be used as an additive with compatible odour-control, cleaning and restoration products, including:

• Actichem Deostor Fire and Deostor Organic
• Actichem Fire Fix and Fire Restore
• Actichem Biosan II, Deozyme and Deosan
• Compatible laundry detergents
• Actichem carpet and upholstery pre-sprays and in-tank solutions

Important: Do not add to oxidising or chlorine solutions without consulting an Actichem technician.

Directions for Use

Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area for substrate sensitivity. Read the SDS and follow all safety directions before use.

1. Physically remove decaying organic matter or charred materials where appropriate.
2. Prepare the compatible cleaning or odour-control solution according to its directions.
3. Add Deostor Extreme at the recommended dosage.
4. Ensure the treated solution makes direct contact with the odour source.
5. For larger areas, an airless paint sprayer may be used where appropriate.
6. Where organic contamination is present, co-treat the area with an appropriate biocide and/or enzyme bacteria treatment.

Recommended Addition Rates

• Ready-to-use Deostor solution: 10–30ml/L
• Initial knock-down treatment: 15–40ml/L
• Restoration wash-down solution: 10–30ml/L
• Laundry: 5–10ml/kg of washing

Avoid over-application, as excessive product can leave a long-lasting fragrance that may be undesirable.
