Actichem POG Paint, Oil & Grease Stain Remover

Actichem POG is a high-performance, citrus-based solvent stain remover formulated to tackle tough oil, grease, paint, adhesive, cosmetic and ink stains across carpets, upholstery and hard surfaces.

Its powerful blend of polar and non-polar solvents, wetting agents and emulsifiers provides excellent cleaning performance while remaining water-rinseable. POG can be used as a versatile spot and stain remover or added to carpet pre-spray solutions as a cleaning booster for heavily soiled areas.

Actichem POG is also highly effective on hard surfaces. When used with Actisorb, it can help draw oils and grease from porous surfaces such as natural stone and concrete.

How to Use:

Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area to check for chemical and colour sensitivity. Do not use on solvent-sensitive surfaces, including bitumen-backed carpeting. Some carpet backings, plastics and polymer coatings may also be solvent sensitive.

Stain Removal:

1. Sponge or scrape away any loose surface material.
2. Apply Actichem POG to a clean, white absorbent cloth and apply to the stain.
3. For severe stains, POG may be applied using a trigger spray bottle.
4. Blot or tamp to remove the stain. Do not rub. Work from the outside towards the centre of larger spots.
5. Repeat if required.
6. Extract with warm water or an appropriate emulsifier solution.
7. Brush fabric to realign the fibres.

Booster Additive:

• Add 10–30ml per litre of ready-to-use pre-spray solution.
• Add 100–200ml per litre of Hydroforce concentrate using a 1:9 tip.
