Actichem PIG is a high-performance stain remover specially formulated to tackle paint, ink, grease and stubborn oily soils on carpets, fabrics and upholstery.

Its super-strength blend of polar and non-polar solvents quickly breaks down difficult stains including inks, texta marks, graffiti, shoe polish, crayons, cosmetics, grease, oils and paint.

The water-rinseable formulation helps minimise residue and reduce the risk of re-soiling, while its non-flammable, low-odour formula makes it a practical choice for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Application Areas & Surface Suitability

Actichem PIG is suitable for carpet fibres, fabrics and many hard surfaces. However, some materials may be sensitive to solvents, including certain carpet backings, plastics and polymer coatings.

Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area before use.

Do not use on acrylic, plastic or other solvent-sensitive surfaces, including bitumen- and latex-backed carpeting.

Dilution

Ready to use – no dilution required.

How to Use

1. Sponge or scrape away any loose surface material.
2. Apply Actichem PIG to a clean, white absorbent cloth and apply to the stain.
3. For severe stains, PIG may also be applied directly using a trigger spray bottle.
4. Blot or tamp to remove the stain. Do not rub. Deep spots may require light brushing. Work from the outside towards the centre of larger spots.
5. Repeat treatment if necessary.
6. Extract with warm water or an appropriate emulsifier solution.
7. Brush fabric to realign the fibres.

For Oily Spots & Paint

Actichem PIG can be applied directly to oily spots and paint stains. Follow with appropriate agitation and blotting or wet extraction to remove the dissolved soil.
